Academic Participants Registration Form

Call for Lightning Talks: We are seeking proposals for 5-minute lightning talks to showcase classroom or laboratory activities that directly result in students acquiring and demonstrating the professional knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs) required for today’s scientific workforce. We are looking for activities where students successfully develop or demonstrate proficiency in any of the following six areas: communication, project management, adaptability & iteration, AI & computational literacy, interdisciplinarity, and real-world problem solving.  If you are interested in presenting, please complete this proposal form . You can also access this proposal form from the above registration link.

Professional Participants Registration Form

Call for Professional Scenarios: In an effort to bridge the gap between the classroom and the workplace, we are seeking members from your organization that directly supervise employees to participate in our upcoming Summit. Rather than a formal presentation, we are looking for professionals who can describe a “day-in-the-life” scenario related to one of the specific skills listed below: adaptability and iteration, communication, AI or automation, project management, and interdisciplinary teamwork.

Presenters will share a brief, 5 minute “scenario” that illustrates why these skills are critical to project success. These scenarios will serve, in part, as the foundation for faculty breakout discussions on curriculum design. If you are interested in presenting, please complete this proposal form. You can also access this proposal form from the above registration link.

Proposal submissions are due by February 11, 2026, at 5 p.m.

Registrations are due by February 27, 2026, at 5 p.m.
